Ahmed Abou Talib is a retired Egyptian military leader who served as the Commander-in-Chief of the Air Defence Forces from April 1993 to April 1996. He graduated from the Military College in April 1959 and saw significant action during the War of Attrition, commanding units and operations. His military career included key roles in the 2nd SAM Brigade and the 1st SAM Brigade, contributing to the command, control, and communication systems within the Air Defence Forces. He participated in the 1967 war and the 1973 war.
