Åke Eldsäter is a Swedish musician born on April 1, 1943, in Stockholm, known for playing the electric bass. He was a member of the group Ola and the Janglers from 1964 to 1971. Following his time with the group, he worked as a sound engineer, collaborating with notable artists such as Michael B Tretow and Rune Persson on records with Hootenanny Singers, ABBA, and Ted Gärdestad during the early 1970s. Eldsäter continues to teach sound production at Dalarna University, even after his retirement in 2010.
