Albert Suren Parhamyan was an Armenian painter born on March 7, 1935, in Yerevan, Armenian SSR, USSR. He was recognized as an Honored Artist of the Armenian SSR in 1983. He is also known as the brother of astrophysicist Elma Parhamyan. Parhamyan passed away on December 26, 1995, in Byurakan, Ararat Province, Armenia.
