Albina Marçal Freitas, also known as Bia Shana Falu, was a Timorese politician born on February 12, 1958, in Bauro, Portuguese Timor. She was a member of the Congresso Nacional da Reconstrução Timorense (CNRT) party. Freitas was an influential figure in East Timor's political landscape until her passing on December 29, 2019. Her contributions to politics and the nation are remembered in her community.
