Aleksander Grigoryevich Kostyuk, born on April 7, 1958, in Zaporizhia, USSR, is a Soviet and Russian composer, arranger, bayanist, and accordionist. He is the creator and leader of the ensemble 'Golden Ring' and the National Theater of Folk Music and Songs 'Golden Ring'. In recognition of his contributions to the arts, he was awarded the title of Honored Artist of the Russian Federation in 1999 and Honored Worker of Arts of the Russian Federation in 2007.
