Aliaksandr Yurievich Mikhnevich, born in 1953 in Minsk, Belarus, is a notable Belarusian diplomat. He served as the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2000 to 2006 and as the First Deputy Minister from 2012 to 2016. Mikhnevich was also the 5th Ambassador of Belarus to the United Kingdom from 2006 to 2012 and to Belgium from 2016 to 2021. He is the son of Yuri Mikhnevich, who was the Minister of Culture of the Belarusian SSR from 1977 to 1988.
