Aleksey Viktorovich Vinogradov (February 15, 1920 – December 20, 2009) was a Soviet and Russian physician and cardiologist. He was honored as a Distinguished Scholar of the RSFSR in 1991 and was an academician of the International Academy of Ecological Reconstruction. Vinogradov served as the head of the Department of Propedeutics of Internal Diseases at the Pediatric Faculty of RGMU from 1972 to 1988 and later became an honorary head of the department. He worked at GKB No. 4 (Pavlov Hospital) and was buried at Khimki Cemetery.
