Alen Steržaj is a Slovenian musician and journalist, born on June 5, 1972, in Postojna. He spent his early childhood in Rakek and moved to Ljubljana in 1981. He is the bassist for the band Big Foot Mama since 1991 and has authored several songs. Steržaj has been a member of various musical projects, including the tribute band Iron Median. He began his journalism career at Slovenske novice and served as a music editor. He has published numerous reports about his travels and wrote his first book in 2015.
