Alex Sardui Agirre, born on November 18, 1966, in Guernica y Luno, Vizcaya, is a Basque musician and writer best known as the lead vocalist and founding member of the rock band Gatibu. He began his music career singing in choirs and joined the band Exkixu in the 1990s. After releasing a folk album with Haimar Arejita, he formed Gatibu in 2002 with Gaizka Salazar and Mikel Caballero. Additionally, he has worked in television, co-hosting the Basque program Bi Errepidean, and published a novel titled Esan eta Egin in 2013.
