Alexan Gomtsyan is an Armenian poet and children's writer, born on February 20, 1955, in Heshtia, Ninotsminda Municipality, Samtskhe-Javakheti region, in the Georgian SSR of the USSR. He became a member of the Union of Writers of Armenia in 2012. Throughout his career, he has contributed to Armenian literature, particularly in poetry and children's literature, reflecting the culture and heritage of the Armenian people.
