Alexander Kharchevsky (1950-2024) was a Soviet and Russian military pilot known for his distinguished service. He served as the head of the 4th Center for Combat Application and Pilot Retraining from 1997 to 2015 and was a General Major. Renowned as a sniper pilot and honored as a deserving military pilot of the Russian Federation, he was also the leader of the elite aerobatic group 'Sokolы Rossii' from 2006 to 2015.
