Alexey Vladimirovich Ryzhkov, known as the Rubtsovsk Ripper, is a Russian serial killer born on December 20, 1972. He gained notoriety for the heinous crimes he committed in Rubtsovsk, Russia, where he raped and murdered four women and a teenage girl between 2000 and 2001. Ryzhkov was apprehended by law enforcement shortly after his final murder and was sentenced to life imprisonment for his actions.
