Groszkowski contributed significantly to rebuilding the collegiate church and fostering local religious education, authoring several catechetical and historical publications. He was involved in pastoral and consultative councils within the bishopric, promoting the veneration of Blessed Juta and establishing educational institutions. He passed away on January 14, 1993, in Chełmża.
