Allen Ernest Winter was an Australian Anglican bishop and the second bishop of the former Diocese of St Arnaud in north-west Victoria. He was educated at Melbourne Grammar School and University College, Oxford, and was ordained in 1928. Winter served as a curate at Christ Church, South Yarra, then at St James' Ivanhoe. He held incumbencies at Sunshine, Brighton, and Essendon. From 1948, he was a canon residentiary at All Saints' Cathedral, Bathurst, before his ordination to the episcopate.
