She specializes in Navai studies and is a researcher of Uzbek literature. Ülvi is the head of the 'Azerbaijan-Turkmenistan-Uzbekistan Literary Relations' department at the Nizami Institute of Literature of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan. Born on August 8, 1960, in Kəsəmən, Basarkeçər region, she has made significant contributions to the field of literature.
