Alo Suurna (formerly Albert Schultz) was an Estonian basketball player born on May 9, 1913, in Tartu. He began playing basketball in 1928 and had notable success with the club Tartu NMKÜ, winning Estonian championships in 1934, 1936, and 1937. Suurna also coached basketball in Finland and participated in the Finland men's national basketball team. Additionally, he was a volleyball player, winning the Estonian championships in 1934. He moved to Sweden in 1944 and passed away on December 8, 2008.
