Aloísio Marcos Vasconcelos Novais is a Brazilian professor, mechanical and electrical engineer, and politician, born on December 5, 1942, in Ponte Nova, Minas Gerais. He served as a Federal Deputy from 1987 to 1991 and again from 1991 to 1995, representing the PMDB (Partido do Movimento Democrático Brasileiro). In 1989, he stepped down from his deputy position to become the Secretary of the Civil Cabinet of Minas Gerais. Aloísio has been affiliated with the PP and PMDB parties and was a Vice-Leader in the Chamber in 1993.
