His previous roles include President of the Superintendence of Tax Administration, President of the National Council of Alliances for Economic Infrastructure Development, and a board member of various financial institutions such as the Monetary Board and the National Mortgage Credit. He is also a governor for the World Bank and multiple regional development banks.
