Curt Herbert Alwin Wipper was a German police officer and SS leader born on February 15, 1902, in Oschersleben. After completing his school education with a high school diploma in 1920, he initially trained to be a bank clerk but switched careers to join the Kriminalpolizei in Magdeburg in 1928. He rose through the ranks, becoming a Kriminalrat by 1937 and later held various positions within the Gestapo and Reichssicherheitshauptamt. Wipper allegedly died in 1945 leading a combat unit near the end of World War II.
