Ameliaranne Ekenasio, born on January 11, 1991, is a New Zealand netball international, formerly known as Ameliaranne Wells. Initially representing Australia at under-19 and under-21 levels, she switched to New Zealand in 2014. Ekenasio played for Central Pulse from 2015 to 2020 and is currently with Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic. She has significant achievements including winning the 2019 Netball World Cup and captaining New Zealand to victory in the 2021 Constellation Cup. A Māori Australian, she has familial ties to New Zealand and became a mother to two children.
