Anatolii Andriyovych Sytnyk was a Ukrainian journalist, local historian, and public figure. Born on February 9, 1946, in Kyiv, he became a prominent figure in journalism and was awarded the title of Honored Journalist of Ukraine in 1993. In 1996, he was honored as an honorary member of the All-Ukrainian Society of Local Historians. He passed away on January 9, 2021, also in Kyiv.
