Anders Molt Ipsen, born on April 25, 1953, in Flensborg, is a former director of the Danish School Association for Southern Schleswig. He began his teaching career at Hiort Lorenzen-Skolen in 1978, later becoming principal at Gottorp-Skolen. He was well acquainted with the Danish minority's educational system. Known for his initiative in forming the Schleswig Scout Orchestra, he led it for 15 years. He retired on December 31, 2015, and is a resident of Flensborg, where he and his wife Susanne raised three children.
