András Visky is a Hungarian-Romanian poet, playwright, and essayist born on April 13, 1957. He is the resident dramaturg and associate artistic director at the Cluj-Napoca Hungarian Theatre. His works have been performed internationally in countries such as Romania, Hungary, France, and the United States. Visky has a Doctor of Liberal Arts degree and has lectured at Babeş-Bolyai University since 1994. He co-founded Koinónia Publishing and has made significant contributions to theatre and literature in his region.
