Shoki Andreas Magnusson Qassim, born on May 23, 1977, in Växjö, is a Swedish cartoonist, animator, and translator. He worked intermittently as a Bamse cartoonist from 2000 to 2017, creating around fifty Bamse comics and contributing to the design and layout of Bamse films. His original works include The Incredible Stjärtman and The Pacifiers, which began as a TV animation concept developed in 2010. A successful Kickstarter campaign in 2016 led to Pacifiers becoming a comic series. Qassim is also a saxophonist in Bobbe Big Band.
