Andrei Surikov, known as The Naro-Fominsk Maniac, is a Russian serial killer born on April 2, 1978, in Naro-Fominsk. He committed three murders between May and September 2008 in his hometown. Surikov claimed to have acted on the orders of Lucifer. Following his actions, he was declared not guilty by reason of insanity and was subsequently interned at a mental institution. His case drew significant attention due to its gruesome nature and the psychological explanations provided for his crimes.
