He competed for England at the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, finishing fourth, and for Scotland at the 2010 Delhi Commonwealth Games and the 2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games, finishing fourth and ninth, respectively. Frost is a two-time British Champion, winning titles in 2007 and 2013, and has secured five Scottish Championship titles between 2005 and 2011. His personal best throw is 72.79 meters, achieved on May 22, 2011, in Loughborough.
