Andrey Pavlovich Gozak (May 12, 1936 – April 17 or 18, 2012) was a prominent Soviet and Russian architectural historian, critic, architect, artist, photographer, designer, educator, and candidate of architecture. He was a member of the Union of Architects since 1963 and of the Union of Artists since 1985. Gozak was well-known for his candid expressions and playful attitude, earning him the moniker 'enfant terrible' of the Moscow architectural scene. He authored the first monograph in Russian on Finnish avant-garde architect Alvar Aalto and was a leading researcher of Russian avant-garde architecture, particularly Ivan Leonidov.
