Andrey Stepanovich Kigim, born on October 30, 1957, in Lipetsk, is a Russian state and political figure. He served as the Chairman of the Board of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation from February 12, 2021, until July 31, 2022. Prior to that, he was the head of the Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation from March 21, 2013, to February 12, 2021, and led several all-Russian associations of insurance companies from 2004 to 2013.
