Andrey Leonidovich Vetrov (born March 15, 1978, in Perm) is a Russian scientist specializing in meteorology and geography, holding a PhD in geographical sciences. He served as the Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation at Perm University from 2015 to 2020 and is the director of the Innovation Support Center at the same university. Vetrov is renowned for his research in the field of atmospheric energy in the temperate latitudes.
