Andrii Stepanovych Horbenko was a Ukrainian soldier born on January 6, 1971, in Smila, Cherkasy Oblast. Horbenko was mobilized in August 2014 and tragically died on February 19, 2015, due to mortar shelling near the village of Opytne. He is survived by his wife and two daughters and is buried in Mала Смілянка, Cherkasy Oblast.
