Androkli Kostallari (1922 - 1992) was an Albanian linguist and a prominent figure in the study of the Albanian language. He was a co-founder and director of the Albanian Institute of History and Linguistics, later renamed the Institute of Linguistics and Literature. Kostallari significantly contributed to the current Albanian orthography established by the Albanian Orthography Congress in 1972. He studied linguistics at Moscow State University, graduating in 1954, and subsequently worked at the Institute of Sciences and later at the newly founded Faculty of History and Linguistics at the University of Tirana.
