Andrew Lawrence Berke is an American attorney and politician based in Tennessee. He was the mayor of Chattanooga from 2013 to 2021, after serving as a state senator from 2007 to 2012. A member of the Democratic Party, Berke won Chattanooga's mayoral election in 2013 with over 72% of votes and was re-elected in 2017. He resigned from the position in 2021, succeeded by Tim Kelly. In 2022, he was appointed by President Joe Biden as administrator of the Rural Utilities Service within the USDA.
