Andrew Frederick Dun was an English rugby union international born on November 26, 1960, in Bristol. A back row forward, he played for Bristol from 1980 to 1990, appearing in 170 matches and serving two seasons as club captain. During medical training at St Bartholomew’s Hospital, he played for London club Wasps and captained the team in the 1983-84 season. He was capped once for England against Wales in the 1984 Five Nations Championship and was the father of Bristol Bears player James Dun. He passed away on July 23, 2023.
