Andzhey Malchevsky was a Russian entrepreneur, philanthropist, public and political figure, born on May 6, 1963, in Moscow. He was the founder of Mosoblbank and served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Finholkom Group. Malchevsky was also the President of the National Fund of Saint Trifon and held positions in various public councils, including the Public Council of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In 2016, he was sentenced to four years in prison on charges of large-scale fraud.
