Anna Manzer (April 16, 1930 – November 10, 2009) from Vienna, Austria, was honored with the title 'Righteous Among the Nations' in 1984. She and her family, notably her parents Ludwig and Anna Friessnegg and brother Edi Stecher, saved a Jewish woman named Melvine Deutsch from persecution. Deutsch had previously been in a forced labor camp but escaped during a transport to a concentration camp. Manzer aided Deutsch by providing shelter, despite the dangers posed by the Gestapo, ultimately helping her survive until liberation.
