Anshu Prakash is a retired civil servant from the 1986 batch of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) of the Arunachal Pradesh-Goa-Mizoram-Union Territories (AGMUT) cadre. He served as the Chief Secretary of Delhi from December 4, 2017, to November 18, 2018. Later, he held the position of Secretary in the Telecom Department of the Ministry of Communications in India from August 1, 2019, to September 30, 2021.
