Anton Antonovich Okrogar was a Yugoslav Slovenian partisan during the National Liberation War. Born in 1923 in Zagorje ob Savi, he played a significant role in the resistance against occupation. Okrogar achieved the rank of major in the Yugoslav People's Army and was posthumously recognized as a People's Hero of Yugoslavia for his contributions to the war effort. He died in 1955 in Črna na Koroškem, leaving behind a legacy of courage and dedication to the fight for freedom.
