Antônio Soares Amora (April 18, 1917 – January 19, 1999) was a pioneering educator, poet, and writer from São Paulo, Brazil. He played a significant role in educational television in the 1970s by producing the Telecurso Segundo Grau and creating the first vocational courses in foreign trade. Amora was the founder of the Faculdade de Filosofia, Ciências e Letras de Assis, and served as a professor at USP. He held leadership positions in Fundación Padre Anchieta and contributed to Brazilian literature and education until his passing due to a heart attack.
