Aparício Ribeiro is a Brazilian musician known for his work as a viola player, composer, and singer dedicated to the preservation and appreciation of regional Brazilian music, particularly caipira music. In 1993, he founded and became the first president of the Clube do Violeiro Caipira de Brasília, a non-profit organization aimed at promoting authentic caipira and folkloric music. He co-produced and co-hosted the radio program Violas e Violeiros from 1996 to 2001, highlighting themes related to rural life, love, simplicity, nature, happiness, and nostalgia.
