Arad A. McCutchan (1912-1993) was a prominent collegiate basketball coach, most notably for the University of Evansville from 1946 to 1977. Under his leadership, the team achieved a record of 514–314 and won five NCAA College Division Championships. He also had three undefeated conference seasons. McCutchan received Coach of the Year awards and served as an assistant coach for the US national team, earning a bronze medal at the 1974 FIBA World Championship. He retired in Santa Claus, Indiana, after a successful coaching career.
