He serves as a Professor of Chemistry at Bu-Ali Sina University, where he is also the Deputy of Research and Technology since November 2021. He is highly regarded within the scientific community as one of the most-cited Iranian researchers, focusing on organic chemistry, nanochemistry, and heterogeneous catalysis, among other areas. Previously, he was a professor and Deputy of Education at Ilam University.
