Archana Udupa is an accomplished Indian singer known for her devotional, classical, and film music. A graded artist of All India Radio and Doordarshan, she gained prominence after winning the Zee TV TVS Sa Re Ga Ma Pa singing contest in 1998, making her the first south Indian to achieve this in Hindi film music. With over 1000 songs recorded, she received the Karnataka State Film Award for Best Female Playback Singer in 2012 for her work in the film Bhageerathi. Udupa also served as a judge on Kannada Kogile for two seasons.
