She achieved the Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification at the age of nine, making her the youngest person in the world to obtain this certification until 2008. Bill Gates invited her to visit Microsoft headquarters in the United States. Arfa passed away on January 14, 2012, at the age of 16 from a cardiac arrest.
