Arid Uka, born on February 8, 1990, in Mitrovica, is a Kosovo Albanian individual who committed a murder attack at Frankfurt Airport on March 2, 2011, at the age of 21. During this violent act, he killed two US soldiers and seriously injured two others. The incident is recognized as the first Islamist-motivated attack with fatalities in Germany.
