Arie van der Linden is a former Dutch footballer, born on August 10, 1952. He started his career at VV Papendrecht before moving to Feyenoord in 1973, making his debut the following season. Despite not having a major breakthrough at Feyenoord, he transferred to Willem II in 1976, scoring four goals in 26 appearances. The next year, he joined FC Den Bosch, contributing three goals in 19 matches. After that season, he retired from professional football and returned to VV Papendrecht.
