Aristeidis Grigoriadis, also known as Aris, is a Greek swimmer born on December 6, 1985, in Greece. He is affiliated with the sports club Aris Saloniki and is notable for being the first Greek to win a gold medal at a major swimming tournament. He achieved this at the 2005 World Championships in Montreal in the 50m backstroke. In 2006, he won bronze and silver medals at the European Championships in Budapest. He further secured gold in the 50m backstroke at the 2012 European Championships in Debrecen.
