He is a co-owner and co-creator of training programs at the Academy of Creative Football and has served as the Chairman and COO of Superpuchar Sp. z o.o. since 2012. Mąkina specializes in physical preparation, brain training, psychophysical preparation, psychomotor training, and technique training, particularly in running. He also has experience as a rugby coach and was previously a board member of the kayaking section of KS Posnania.
