Armand Pelletier (born May 15, 1933, in Montcet, France; died June 24, 2016, in Luhans, France) was a deaf French athlete and activist. He gained recognition in the deaf community for winning a silver medal at the Deaflympics in 1957 and actively contributed to the development of skiing for the deaf. Pelletier was also engaged in preserving and promoting the history and culture of the deaf community in France, establishing a museum dedicated to deaf history and culture in Luhans, the birthplace of Ferdinand Berthier.
