Armen Khachatryan (Armenian: Արմեն Ավագի Խաչատրյան; born August 13, 1957 - died June 3, 2020) was a politician and diplomat from Armenia. He served as a member of the second convocation of the National Assembly of Armenia. Khachatryan was the Ambassador of Armenia to Ukraine from 2003 to 2010 and to Belarus from 2010 to 2017. He also held the position of President of the National Assembly of Armenia from November 2, 1999, to June 12, 2003.
