Born on January 13, 1962, in Kapan, he dedicated much of his career to the management and development of Armenia's energy resources. Movsisyan passed away at the age of 53 on September 21, 2015, in Germany, after battling cancer. His contributions to the energy sector significantly impacted Armenia's infrastructure during his tenure.
